ALAS! ...hot chocolate that's yummy and healthy! This is a winter treat that I love to make as a dessert during the chilly winter months. My favorite part is that it's 100% organic and dairy-free so no animals are harmed during the making of my hot chocolate : ) I love it THAT much more!
What you'll need:
Organic Pacific Almond Milk
Organic Cacao Powder
Agave (to taste)
Optional: Cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, or nutmeg

But raw (unpasteurized) and organic cacao is actually good for us! Chocolate in it's natural/raw form is high in antioxidants, vitamins and magnesium. It's actually the refined sugar and dairy in mainstream chocolate that is the culprit of negativity when it comes to chocolate.
