Tasty Salad & Quinoa Dinner!

Hello Beauties!

I made the most amazing meal the other night for dinner and I wanted to tell you about it ASAP. It's vegan and was so flavorful! I use all organic produce because they contain more nutrition and taste better than conventionally grown produce. Here it is:

Organic Heirloom Tomato Salad w/Avocado

mixed or mesclun greens chopped (however much you want)

1-2 heirloom tomatoes

freshly shredded carrot

1 clove of garlic freshly pressed into salad

1/2 avocado

*toss all the ingredients in a large bowl with a little extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, pink Himalayan sea salt, and fresh ground pepper.

Susie's Scarlet Quinoa (serves 2-3 *this is another version of my Scarlet Millet)

In a small pot bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of well rinsed quinoa (follow the cooking instructions on the package)

5-6 medium beets (8 small beets or 3-4 large beets) chopped into 1/2" pieces. Place in a pot and cover with water. Cook at medium heat until tender (about 25 min or so).

freshly chopped dill

freshly chopped parsley

1/3 finely chopped yellow or purple onion

*The trick to the dish is to allow the quinoa to cool off a bit so that the grain begins to separate. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and add extra virgin olive oil, small amount of white balsamic vinegar, and S&P to taste. The best salt for us humans to consume is Celtic Sea Salt or pink Himalayan salt (my fav!). Top off your dish with the second half of your avocado :)

Make sure to eat your salad first as it helps usher what you consume after the salad through your digestive system easier. Remember that weight=waste and the last thing you want is for your meal to sit in your gut for a long time.

Enjoy!

Yours in Health,

Susie,

Finally, another beautiful woman who is good and is attacked for it with the emphasis being that she is beautiful without realistic regard to what she is saying or stands for.

Hunny, good for you for still having the umph to continue on. Too many cutthroats in the business forcing my decision to just (semi)retire and do more private things. If it were not for your beauty, no one from the "crypts" would have cared about you being molested. They are jealous to the point that you are well aware they will do bodily harm to you if they knew they could get away with it. Instead they write bad articles about you and do whatever else they can to either destroy your career or stop whatever good you are attempting to do for the people.

Time for me to study more of your website. If I am correct, yours is also different, a rare one because of its interactiveness for the people more so than the usual "get all their money if they want to see you" types. That difference as I have seen it so far has more of a meaning to those on the inside than meets the eye and once again I give you my koodoos. That also is part of you being swatted when "they" can do it.

Continue on,
Rhonda

The purpose of this is just to get a new comment verification since for some reason it came through corrupted, yet as I attemped on clicking on the links, it unsubscribed me from here. How that can be if I was suppose to have an invalid confirmation link, I have no idea. So let me see what happens this time.

By the way, nice to have a search box on this website. It made is so easy to find my way back here. Another koodoos to Susie.
